I have sent you two email requests for the 100-240 power adaptor as well as win pro 11 license key. I have attached my serial number screenshot as well as purhcase invoice. Can you please respond to my emails. Appreciate your help!

I also request for the adaptor for 100-240v input. the original adaptor it came with has only 100-120v. Here is the screenshot of adaptor. I appreciate your help!

hello, even thought it said 100-120v , but it is compatible for 220-240v too
