I have 2 questions
I am having an issue with my SER5 MAX AMD Ryzen 7 5800H . The 4k display is not showing the BIOS splash screen, nor the menu. It's clear the system has entered the BIOS menu, but the monitor doesn't get any signal and goes standby.
Sometimes when I turn on the computer with HDMI and DP 4k, the 4K monitor does not show a signal, remaining on standby. It is necessary to turn computer off and on again for the 4K monitor to work. How can I resolve this?
