Where can I buy a power supply for my SER7 7840HS?  I've tried several USB-C power supplies, up to 140W GAN chargers, but none work.

My preference is a magnetic connector power supply for SER7 7840HS, as supplied with a new unit.

I tried several USB-C chargers, from 65W to 140W, and the SER7 would turn on, then as soon as the Beelink logo appeared on the display panel, the SER7 would turn off.  I tried every USB-C port on the SER7 ... same result: unit turns off by itself.

For reference, what models of USB-C chargers on Amazon work with the SER7 7840S?

I still would like to buy the magnetic connector power supply as sold with a new unit, since that is the only one I have found that will keep the SER7 powered up.

I have a GTR7 with 7840HS CPU, and I use a UGREEN 140W USB-C charger.

hydora, thanks for the comment.  I use the same UGREEN charger.  The SER7 power light comes on, the beelink logo comes on the display... then OFF.  Power light goes out, screen goes dark.

I have the same issue with a SER 6 Max - turns on for about 5 seconds then OFF.  I tried 100W and 130W USB-C power, no luck.

hydrora - have you tried using the 100W USB-C port on your UGREEN?  curious if it works (should work with 100W if you have the TDP at 54W) or if you get the same issue - turns on for 5 seconds, then OFF?

I have the same problem with my SER7 7840HS (only 2 weeks old). When I turn it on, the Beelink logo appears on the display, but the SER7 turns off after about 5 seconds.

The strange thing is that when I unplug the magnetic power connector and only have a USB-C power cable connected, I still have the same problem. Could my magnetic power adapter be broken?

The unavailability of the OEM PS, and the fact that USB-C power supplies may or may not work, has stopped me from recommending the SER7 7840HS to my clients ....  who are ready to replace, in total, over 100 NUCs.

1. try a different usb c cable.
2. make sure you are using the correct port on the device.
3. try running the device in 54w and 65w mode.

read some reviews online.  this is not an isolated issue but the device DOES work.  here's a copy/paste from a review from notebookcheck --

"Note that USB-C Power Delivery is supported up to 100 W meaning you can use third-party USB-C AC adapters to power unit should you ever lose the proprietary AC adapter that ships with the box. However, the model appears to be picky with which USB-C AC adapters are supported. For example, our 130 W USB-C AC adapter from Dell would not power on the SER7 at all while our 140 W USB-C AC adapter from Lenovo would work without any issues."

i really think that you guys having trouble with your chargers are using bad cables.  i just messaged holualoa about this.  do yourselves a favor and try some cables from apple/anker/etc.  just for some testing.  spend 20 bucks on a cable and bet it'll work.  then you can just find yourself a cheaper option once you confirm your power brick actually works with the device.  i would guess the UGREEN will be fine with the proper cable.
