Beelink Sei8 USB-C external harddrive does not transfer files

Dear Beelink just bought a Samsung T7 Shield usb_c and I'm unable to copy large files from the Sei8 to the t7 either direccions, is there any BIOS update on something to fix the USB-C to to update this port


Please let me know, I really needs some help

Basically I just realized any files can be copied or transported from my T7 SSD external unit to the internal SDD of my Beelink computer???? Please let me know if there is any update, seems to me that the USB_C does not work properly on these units

This is exactly what Windows OS is reporting when tried to copy from and or to the T7 to my internal Beelink SSD

Yes any of the other USB coonectors works as well to transfer files, for reading devices is perfectly fine, but when you tranfer files it gets the error, please let me know what should I do

I can see as of today, that Beelink support is not that responsive ??? I'm hesitant to get the SER6 Max that I love a this point
