I have this same issue. I use the PC to emulate games and the arcade controller I have connected to it has LED lights that won't turn off when the PC is off. It is really surprising to see that Beelink doesn't offer the option to disable power to the USB ports in the BIOS. I hope they listen to their customers and release a firmware upgrade that will allow this functions. I have seen many people complaining about this online.
