from the pictures, your machine should be ser 3750, not ser 5700

Who do I talk to about getting refund ?  It shows TRIPLE DISPLAY when I purchased it.

yea this is kind of weird i will admit that.  the beelink website advertises this as having triple display and clearly indicates USB C video output works on this device.
