Can't Reinstall Windows 11 on SEI12

I can't find the TPM 2.0 setting in the system bios. I am already running Windows 11 and wanted to refresh the OS with a reinstall. I know that if I am having this problem somebody else probably has had it as well.

Yesterday I reinstalled the system and there were no problems with the installation.
