My new SER 5600U Ryzen don't detect my usb drive

Hi

I try to put my 2to usb drive on my new SER5 but it' not detected. I checked the usb port and all is ok by windows 11 dont' want recognyse the drive

Anybody have some idea for this problem

Does the drive work on other system? Can you test?

Désolé du retard de la réponse. Oui elle fonctionnait sur un autre lecteur. J'ai mis a jour tout ce que je pouvais et Oh miracle le disque a été détecté.
