Interior of new SER5 PRO does not match videos or manual

I opened my SER5 PRO 5700U to add memory and a SSD. The interior is covered by a black plastic shield. That sheild is NOT shown in only one video and not mentioned in any documentation that I've found.


How do I remove it? In the only video that has it, they show the black cover and then it flashes to having the cover off. What screws should be removed to allow access to the memory and SSD slots?

Hello there.
You can see the picture: There are screws around the cover, and a few screws are used to connect the cover to the motherboard. Just use the screws to open it.
