Hello,

I have a problem with Beelink u59 and ram upgrade.

I buy this ram: Crucial RAM CT16G4SFRA266 16GB DDR4 2666MHz CL19

And i put it alone, without the original 8gb ram, so the maximum ram is 16gb. BIOS recognizes the RAM without any problem, but when i want to start Windows i receive a green screen without any message and U59 stucks, i have to reboot it manually. If i put the original RAM without this new RAM the system boots without any problem.

I already tried the ram in another PC and is working fine.

Is this RAM not compatible with this mini PC?

Maybe a BIOS update fix this problem?

My BIOS is:

American Megatrends
5.19
UEFI 2.7; PI 1.6
JTKT001 x64
03/09/2022 18:34:37

My S/N is:
A50952IG30917
U59V1-E-8256SD0W64PRO-A

Thanks

Hi again,

I put another photo of BIOS detecting the RAM:

Could you please send the machine's SN code? It may be a memory incompatibility issue? Let's confirm if there are any bios that can be updated

Your bios is already the latest version, which may be caused by memory incompatibility, or do you have any other memory to try?

Sorry, if it is a compatibility issue, there is no way to solve it. It is recommended that you change to another hard drive to upgrade, such as: Samsung, Crucial, Kingston
