Brand new SER5 Pro E and am having a problem playing back video files.

Tried updating the Radeon drivers as it mentioned the drivers and software were out of sync. After a bit of a fight I had the latest (23) drivers installed. Regardless of which software I tried (Potplayer, VLC, Windows media) the display would immediately try to fullscreen and crash when playing back an mp4 file from my cameras. AMD driver timeout was detected.  Have since tried the radeon version included in the driver package; as well as removing all and letting windows install its simple driver - but am still unable to play anything. Thoughs?

Maybe something is crashed in video driver files, reinstalling over it won't fix, use the amd cleanup utility that you download from amd site, then install the new driver or the one provided by support.
