EQ12 Windows 11 Activation Error

I purchased the EQ12 and have tried various software and am pleased with its performance.

I decided to do a clean install of Windows 11 to actually use it.
However, after the clean install I got an activation error.

The error code is 0xC004F213, which indicates that the product key could not be found.
Please help me with this issue.

I received the same error, 0xC004F213, after I reinstalled Windows 11. Please provide a key for activation. I just received the SER6 today.
