My system got corrupted so I am trying to restore from scratch by following instructions from beelink by downloading from mega.nz. However, now I cannot even boot the system from the usb. I am getting the following error (see attached)

I am still under the return period but I want to see if I can get it fixed myself before returning it.

Hello there,

Thanks for your information.

You could try to reistall the system , my friend. Pls backup your data firstly, re-installing the system will make your data in your pc lost.
System:  https://mega.nz/file/6j5zCDrC#2a ... gkBillvxhCoCmgXhKT0
Tutorial: https://beelink.oss-cn-hongkong. ... ystem%20Tutoria.pdf
And  pls try to take out one ram out, and then just leave one in the box to see if that machine could work, and the same way to test the other one , to see if that is ram issue.
Hope it helps, Have a nice day!

tried this but it did not work. The memory are both fine. I think during the last restore the hard disk partition got screwed up and now the bios cannot read the os from the usb drive.

please help

Do you have any spare nvme ssd? if yes, you could swap the old one out and then see if that could work, if it is ssd issue, we could send you a ssd replacement, if it is hardware issue, we could replace the machine for you. by the way, you could contact us via email : support-pc@bee-link.com. Have a nice day!
