I have the same issue with 2x 4TB Samsung T7 Smart drives under Proxmox (and ZFS) with EQ12 16G/500G.
The drives work perfectly on my MacBooks running OpenZFS.
So, few updates. After a lot of mails, the support team wanted to replace AGAIN the device. Of course, the new one has the same issue of the old ones. Now, they are sending me a 65W power supply just to be sure this is not power related.
Hi i have the same problem with my Terramaster DS 320. The EQ12 is not recognising the device. I'm stuck, there is a solution for this? I downgraded to Windows10
