USB issue, NOT fan.

Hi All,


     I want to share my experience with using Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard. I'm constantly struggling with it cutting off at random times and being unresponsive.
     Now I've looked into it and some people say it is the fan, even after I turned it off and it is not working issue persisted.
Some said it is bad range, I have the Logitech transceiver RIGHT NEXT to my keyboard and mouse and the issue still persists!!
     This usually happens when playing at which point not only the mouse stops working for a second or two, it's the whole game freezing for short moments as well.
I'm starting to wonder if it is USB issue at play or something else entirely ? Maybe the charger is not supplying enough power for short moments ?

Anyone care to share your experience ?

You have a corded keyboard or mouse. can try if the issue persist using those.

Sadly I don't have that. It would be a good way to check if it's maybe USB 3.0 interfering with the signal as I've read is possible.

Shouldn't be as those adapters use the USB 1.1/2.0 bus(there is actually two bus'es in each USB 3 port). This is probably an issue with the AMD USB controller.

Have you guys tried updating the chipset drivers? I have the same issues but haven't done that yet.
AMD has released a newer one than the one that beelink provided us with.

Hi, I have the same problem with a bluetooth keyboard. It works if I just plug in the rear USB ports. I think it's interference.

Where did you find the chipset drivers for 7940HS from AMD (chipset, not adrenalin video) ?
I'm having the same issue with dell and logitech usb wireless mice & keyboards
