Mini S12 auto-on

I bought an Mini S12 and it was advertised to have 'auto-on' in the event of a power disruption.  I do not see any setting in the bios for this.  Can you please direct me to the setting in the bios or otherwise?

3. Could you please send us a picture about bios version on the bios main page?
