USB will boot before SSD swap but not after?

Hello,

I have the SER5 with 500GB SSD and I'm swapping in a Crucial P3 Plus 2TB. I've cloned a USB to boot after swap and can successfully boot from it, with the 500GB original SSD, but it won't boot after the swap to the 2TB SSD. It shows the USB partition 1 as the primary boot source with either SSD installed, but won't run on the 2TB for some reason?

Can anyone help with that? Also, are there any other options to install SSD and boot it up? I have my windows activation key activated if that helps.

Hello there, May  I know have you installed the system in your new 2tb ssd , if yes, Is the format of the partition  GUID?

Yes, I used Macrium to clone the SSD and it showed as gpt. I did get it booting up but now the windows key is missing and I have no sound drivers. I also can't access disk or device manager. Because the external backing provider is not recognised?
