GK mini “No media Present”

I have a Beelink MiniPC , it wont boot, not seeing HDD..... message on screen is “No media Present”


Have tried 2.5 SSD but not detected, suspect the motherboard

Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
When the error shows up , please press ESC or enter key to see if you can skip this error.
Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option.
Please take out the SSD and reset it securely.
