Good morning. I bought this pc, version with nvme and slot free for ssd. I want change nvme but even if i unscrew 3 screws, the cover internal where stands the ssd, does not open. Can i get help with a tutorial or video? online i find only your products with no cover internal but when i open the down first cover i find another. i hope help because the ebay seller does not answer. thanksmy version: 5800h and 32gb ram and 512 nvme

There is a thermal pad between the m2 drive and the metallic sata drive stand (who act also as cooler). You need to gently pull-up the radiator.
And remove the 2 screws from the sata connector before (for preserving his flat ribbon behind him).
Don't pull too much because there are also the fan wires after that.
