SER4 4700u Windows 11 repair

I am having a problem running Device Manager on my SER4 4700u, I get the message "the external backing provider is not recognized". I believe other Win 11 system programs may also produce this error.
Any suggestions on fixing this? One web page suggested doing an in place Windows upgrade using the standard MS Windows 11 iso, but is there a Beelink specific system image for the SER4 4700u?
