GTR 7 pro to reinslall Windows 11 pro

I have repeated blue screens just upon booting, no further. Perhaps I will have to reinstall Windows 11 pro. How can I get activation number? I happened to read similar messages, but I would apprecate if you would let me know how i can send the SN of my machince by PM? I do not know what PM means in fact.
