SEi8 Freezing

I installed Windows 10/11 on my SEi8 and monitored its status by pinging it every 60 seconds. It was becoming non-responsive about once a day. I would check on it, and the PC power light was still on but it would not respond by keyboard or mouse actions. I would have to long press the power key to power it off, and then power it back up.

I thought it might be a Windows issue, so I installed Proxmox with a Windows VM. I am experencing the very same issues.

Has anyone else seen issues like this?

Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
Here are the possible solutions for you :
① Please update the driver.
② Please check your RAM . Clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber.
