I have a SEi12 i5-1235U that no longer boots up.

I unplugged the unit from power, pressed the CMOS button for 10 seconds, and waited 10 minutes.

When I plugged the power back in, the unit power on for about 20 seconds, then cycled off. It then turned on and displayed the Beelink BIOS screen for about 20 seconds, then powered off again. Finally, it powers back on, but there is no video display, and no power to the USB.

Next steps?

Hello there,

Could you please check the RAM?
Please take out one and test another .
If it is the RAM problem, we can send you the RAM replacement.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to test the ram, and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I tied each stick on its own, in each of the two slots, and only once did the pc reboot. When I shutdown and restarted again, with the same stick in the same slot, it did not reboot.

It seems to only reboot if it's left disconnected from the AC for 10 - 30 minutes or more, which is not practical.
