Hello,

This weekend, I wanted to perform a clean reformat... I quickly regretted it .
Since then, every 5/10/15 minutes, it randomly restarts without any apparent reason. I can see that I'm not the only one, which is reassuring yet concerning. Except occasionally (1/2 a week), I've never had a problem.

I'm still waiting for a response from support to get the BIOS update. If anyone else has solutions (that work, because so far, despite several attempts, nothing has resolved the issue...).

After a quick discussion with customer service. They provided me with a v21 BIOS update. First reboot after a few moments, a graphic bug problem... I activated the "balance" mode to decrease the power to 54w, but reboot after a few moments again.

I would really like to get a solution...

Hi there,
Please try remove one memory stick from the slot, using only one stick of the memory.
You can use memtest86+ to test the memory, this is the only accurate method to test the memory.

if 2 stick memory (dual channel) results error in memtest86+ , then this memory module doesn't work well in dual channel mode.
if 1 stick memory still results error in memtest86+, it is highly likely the memory itself has some issue, or the memory timing config in BIOS is too aggresive.

Let us know if one memory stick works or not.
