What Ser6 model do I have?

I bought my beelink off of Amazon. The box says Ryzen 5 6600H / Radeon 660M

My Amazon past orders says:
                                                     Beelink SER6 Mini PC W-11 Pro, AMD Ryzen 5 6600H 6C/12T(Max 4.5GHz), Small Desktop PC 16GB DDR4 RAM 500GB SSD, Mini Gaming Computer Triple Display HDMI, USB4 WiFi6 BT5.2

But the past orders link takes me to a differen model. I can't find my exact model on the beelink web site. I would like to upgrade my ram which I think presently is 2x 8gb so-dimm.
Is my 32gb opton to get one stick of 32gb ddr4? I can't find a document of certified ram or slot population.

I think both slots are occupied, so you have to buy 2x16 and replace the 2x8 you already have. But I'm not 100% sure, Support must answer you .

Please put the serial number here and Support will help you. Please note that if the CPU is 6600H is using DDR5 not 4. Also you can check what CPU you have, right click on start -> System. The configuration of the PC is also written on the box.

here is the response I got from support if anyone else needs in.

The machine supports ddr5 memory, with a maximum support of 4800MHz. It can install two 16GB upgrades to 32GB, or install two 32GB upgrades to 64GB
