Mini S12 N95 NO HDMI sound devices found in LINUX

I have a new Mini S12 N95 that came with windows 11. Windows finds the HDMI audio output fine but I installed Linux Mint Cinnamon (ubuntu based) and poof no more audio output devices for HDMI.
Are there new drivers for Linux that work with this machine?
