ser6 display port wont see monitor

my ser6 wont connect to monitor from display port using cable or adapter my moitor is hdmi and i have tried many adapters and cable can anyone recommend a fix

Just use the native HDMI, adapters and hybrid cables have a lot of problems. Most cables and adapters with DP on the market are low quality.

what is a good cable to try dp to hdmi

There are a lot on market, I wouldn't know what are good, but usually the pricier ones :).
