Random reboots WORSE .. Is it possible to return my GTR-7 pro and get a refund ?

I have the GTR-& since 1 month only and the device is currently useless .. Random reboots every 15-30 min

Tried all the solutions proposed by customer support but nothing is working ..
Last email from customer service:
Hi
Reboot problem are still there
Hello,there. Sorry to hear this, if none of these solutions work, please send your purchase records, during the warranty period, we will replace you with a new machine.  What country do you live in now? I send you a suitable after-sales delivery address. Looking forward to your reply.



I want to return the device and get a refund so I can buy another computer .. currently I cant do my work properly.
Did any one managed to get a replacement or return the device and get a refund ?

I received a refund to my credit-card after reception of the device by bee-link

We bought two of these gtr 7 pro... both are randomly rebooting.  Bee-link offered same email.

Hello there,

We are still working on this issue.  Just some of the PC have reboot problem.
① Please update the latest AMD driver.
② Please try to use only one RAM and one monitor.  You can send the item back for a replacement after we release the working ones.  They will be in stock in about 2 weeks.

ّI am returning my unit for refund as agreed with customer service.

I already bought another mini-PC which should arrives in 5 days.

Hello there,

Thanks for your question.
Sorry, you need to send it back for a replacement, cause for those faulty ones,  there might be something wrong with the compatibility with the RAM or the RAM port.
