Penso que você fez o correto. Pois a Beelink "parece" - não estou afirmando, esconder algo a respeito da fabricação da série desses GTR& Pro.

Qual foi o procedimento de envio para Beelink você utilizou? Qual o seu país?

Eu estou no Brasil! E, a Beelink deveria informar o procedimento aqui e informar também se mantém no país do cliente algum meio de entrega local.

grato a você por sua postagem.

One thing I noticed I normaly have the reboots and crashes when I leave my mouse/keyboard idle, like ...

I think you right in my case.
Since i have installed PowerToys and turn on the Awake functionality (Mode = keep awake indefinite
the reboots are gone.

So it's just a software problem, not hardware? Thanks in advance, I'm still thinking about buying that miniPC looking at the not-very-good reviews and problems showed by people.

I'm having the same reboot issues plus a few extras.

Trying to do any task on the PC is unbearable; from sending a simple email to editing a photo.
It was suggested to change the equipment by Beelink, but I don't believe that making the change will solve all these issues.

I am very dissatisfied with the company's lack of clarity in this regard.

The machine restarts or crashes randomly without any excessive CPU or GPU usage. In these restarts, the PC "loses" the bluetooth drivers and even after several attempts, it is without contact. I have to perform a cold shutdown, unplug the charger, and restart again to gain access to the driver. Even after restarting, it doesn't recognize the video through the USB-C port, forcing me to disconnect the cable and connect it again. Not to mention crashes using Lightroom and Photoshop recognition filters; it is necessary to disable the GPU to try to use a graduated filter.

I saw in previous comments about the use of Power Toys with the Awake function, however, in my case it did not work.

I formatted and reinstalled the system at least 4 times, but it didn't work.

Does anyone know if there is any BIOS update to solve these problems?
I'm from Brazil and it's not worth changing the equipment; first by time and second by customs fees.

CES86, It's hard to say that it's just a software problem. Everything suggests that it is, but the number of problems that the equipment presents is inconvenient, even with cutting-edge hardware. The machine does not overheat or show a pattern for having so many problems. Pay attention before purchasing.

my personal experience:

Recently bought GTR7 Pro. Bios version 28 (?)
I have the latest drivers from AMD, and my monitor is on 4k 160Hz and HDR enabled.

1) cloned asap the crucial disk on a Samsung 980 Pro (1TB) and moved the disk on slot 0. Added a 2Tb 970 Evo Plus into slot 1. Windows sees the disk inverted (disk 1 Tb on nvme1 and 2Tb on nvme0). Reboot and crashes every few minutes.
(for the news, on bios i've moved to Performance instead of Balance)

2) I have swapped the disks (1Tb on slot 1, seen by windows as nvme0 and 2Tb on slot 0, seen by windows as nvme1) AND swapped memory banks.

No issues so far.
