I have a strange problem... when I start the EQ12 (N100), and I quickly start the browser, Zoom and do anything intensive, it will always restart.  However if I wait a while and open the applications slowly one by one, the problem will not appear.

Also, after the PC has been running for a while, it will never restart regardless of the applications I use...

Anyone has any idea?  This mini-PC needs some time to "warm-up"?

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

Here are two methods you can have a try.

1. Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

2. There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk

Hope it can help you and have a nice day!

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

I have reset the unit, cleaned the contact, but the problem persists.  The unit keep on hanging unexpectedly during use.  I suspect the supplied 36W power adapter is not providing sufficient power during peak power draw.  I tested with a power meter and the unit easily draw >30W of power.
I switched to a 65W PD power supply via an adapter and the unit never hang.  Beelink should supply a more powerful power adapter for this unit.  Please advise.  Thanks!
