I cannot access bios either via Windows 11 Advanced reboot to EUFI or by hitting F7 or Delete when booting.

After either one of these actions the SER5 shows "Input not supported" message on my monitor, power button stays lit and fan spins up full.

Have tried CMOS reset for 10 seconds with no power and this did not work.

It will automaticallly boot into Win11 fine.

Monitor is a standard Acer 21" monitor using supplied HDMI cable.

It may be a problem with your monitor, not showing the resolution of boot and bios. Usually this problem is more often seen on TV's.
