Hi all

I have the same problem as many on this forum.
1. If two 16GB memory modules are installed, then the computer randomly reboots, most often a few minutes after the computer is turned on.
2. If I leave one 16GB memory module, then reboots disappear, but programs, even the simplest ones like a browser, often begin to freeze or give an error about out of memory.

I tried replacing the stock ssd with a samsung 990 pro. It doesn't solve the problem at all.
I tried replacing the stock Crucial memory modules with Patriot memory modules from my i5-13500 system. The same problems remain.

- Flashing the BIOS - does not help
- Reset CMOS - does not help
- Disabling all power saving features in both BIOS and Windows does not help
- Change HDMI cable, change DP cable - does not help
- Installing new AMD drivers from July 25 - does not help

IMPORTANT! All of the above issues are only relevant if I'm using a system with two or three monitors!
If when I boot the computer I connect only one monitor, then there are no problems in the computer's operation for any time. With any SSD and any set of memory.

Accordingly, the problem still lies in the implementation of the graphics drivers, and, possibly, the memory controller drivers that shares the RAM between the main system and the integrated graphics adapter. It is also possible that the part of the BIOS code responsible for the distribution of RAM is incorrectly implemented.

Beelink, please consider my information when looking for a solution.

And please find a solution as soon as possible. I've had the new GTR7 Pro for one month now. But I can't use it in my work, because I need at least two monitors for my work.

P.S.: At the same time, I do not see similar problems in the forums of competitors about computers based on AMD 7940HS processors.

Try going to BIOS,

Go to ACPI Settings
Change "Enable ACPI Auto Configuration" to "Disabled"
Under new menu below it change
"ACPI Sleep State" to "Suspend Disabled"

Let me know if that helps. I personally haven't had issues since I did that.

Kind regards

Hello,
Here are some solutions:
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk
If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.
4. You can take out one of the RAM and test whether one of the RAM is damaged.

Assuming you have one available go to a recent Restore Point in case it is a software update that caused the problem.

Search bar .... restore
Pick "Create a Restore Point"
Click on "System Restore"
Click on "Next"
Click on "Show more Restore Points"
Select a time that seems good, you can also, if you select one, click on "Scan for affected programs" which will show you where the changes may take affect
Click "Next", Click "Finish"

If you DON'T have restore points set up, when you get the machine in a stable state set it up...... It can save your a**

Hello,
Here are some solutions:
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

I tried solution number 2 and it seems to be working ... almost 10 hours now and no reboots.

I will keep you updated if the reboot problem occurs again.

I spent the whole day yesterday with the new drivers and had no reboots. Today, however, got 3 already... so yes, problem is back. I also tested with one monitor and it is no better.
