I've had my SER6 Pro/6800H for a few months. It's performed perfectly...until today. Right in the middle of normal activity, it shut off. Now it won't come back up at all. I tried clearing the CMOS, removing the SDD I added, letting it sit a while...nothing.

Its power supply shows a blue light, so I know it gets power. However, when I plug the power supply into the 6800H, the blue light shuts off. Not sure what that means.

I sent a service request, but wanted to ask everyone in the forum. Has anyone else seen this behavior, and if so, how do I fix it? Thanks.

Hello there
You can try to do as following:
1.Please change another  power supply.
2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk
If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.
4. You can take out one of the RAM and test whether one of the RAM is damaged.

Thanks for the reply. I received a response from your support team with similar requests. I've tried all of them (save a new power supply, as I had to order a spare), and saw no change.
