GTR PRO / Headphone Jack issue

Hi.


I just got the new GTR7 Pro. And the rear Headphone Jack is super noisy. It sound like am old radio when no other sound is playing!

anyone the same issue?

The front one is alot better but still would be nice to be able to use the back jack for some speakers

I will have to check mine out too, I have speakers and bluetooth transmitters so I will check mine soon enough.

I have not got around to setting up my GTR7 yet.

thank you will give it a shot. but it sound like it is an isolation problem on the hardware side? could that be?

Hello,

1. Please check whether the earphone plug is properly inserted. If it is not properly inserted, noise may occur.

2. Try to replace a different headset, if there is no noise in the other headphones, then the problem may be your headset itself.

I tried all the above. The headphones are it good condition and dont have issues with other devices. it looks like it is a problem with the isolation of the headphone ins.

Аналогичная проблема, задним разъёмом 3,5 jack пользоваться невозможно, шум в наушниках, очень сильные наводки. Как раз в том месте трещит какой-то элемент питания на плате. Вылечить можно видимо только перепайкой, либо заменой платы.
