GTR7: cannot use more than 1 RAM

Serial Number: C78403IE00029 (not sure if the I is | or not).

The first time I receive the device along with the dual 16GB RAM sticks it boots fine and I can see 32GB of RAM is recognized. Then I went ahead and install Linux.

After some runs I found out in my Linux OS that only 16GB RAM was recognized, then I reboot to check, only 16 of RAM in the BIOS.

Then I opened up the device, plug out one stick and leave one in the mainboard -> boots fine.
Plug the other stick into the mainboard -> it never boot successfully.
Both RAM sticks are fine since I swapped them to test and every time I put only one stick in the bottom RAM slot it booted. When I put only one stick in the top slot it never boot (when I say it never boot I mean when pressing the power button the led in the power button light up, but there was nothing shown to the screen).

So right now I'm only with 16GB of RAM, one stick, put in the bottom RAM slot.

Can someone help me?

July 20th is going to be huge,

I've not got to using my Beelink GTR7 yet but I'm excited because I love having my devices optimised right from the get go so I'm all hyped and ready.

My custom cut baseplate, feet, 2nd SSD are so ready

Well I'm just hope that my second RAM slot is not broken, since my issue is a little bit different from others.

well you had 32gb and you made changes and the second stick vanished from the list so i dont know.

If you have new update please just create a new post, I see the release date is updated from 20th -> 26th of July.

Well with the new BIOS (v21) my second RAM still is not recognized, guess I made the wrong decision purchasing this device.
