Choppy Mouse During Online Gaming

I have a GTR6, 6900hx, with the stock nvme and SSD, which I use to play DOTA2.
Even with blazing fast internet, my mouse cursor movement gets choppy (VERY slow cursor refresh).
Is this a bluetooth issue or what? How can I fix?
