SER5 (AMD 5800H) keeps on rebooting

I bought a new SER5 from Amazon yesterday with the AMD 5800H. The PC reboots during intensive tasks (e.g. Geekbench, Cinbench). This is more common after I increased the 35W TDP to 45W. I don't think it's acceptable to limit the 5800H to only 35W when it's advertised as a 45W CPU.

I'm wondering if I have a broken power bar or if the existing power bar (65W) is insufficient for the AMD 5800H.

Please send  the picture of SN on the machine and the BIOS main page to the email.
They can send you a BIOS file, you can try to reflash BIOS.
