Hi Beelink. I looked inside the BIOS and found that xDCI was disabled. Could this be the cause of the problem--i.e., that my Beelink EQ12 is not able to access my usb hard drive?

Hi @felloffthetruck. I am not sure what you're looking for, but I found this page that lists a driver download for the EQ12.

Did you set something in the BIOS ?
Please reset it to default.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.

Also have similar problem as OP on EQ12 I just got, right front USB port (closest to power button) works fine with external SSD, left front one does not. Both work fine with USB mouse.

Separately, the back USB-C jack is poorly formed, only have 1 out of 4 cables that fit and make a connection on that (those 3 other cables work fine on several other USB-C devices).

I believe that every EQ12 is the same and there is a defect with the front USB ports.

I have the same problem - left hand USB port does not work with any device. Right hand USB and rear USB type A work perfectly. Really need to resolve this as I use wireless USB dongles in 2 port and have no spare USB type A port to plug in a flash drive.
