Mini SV goes black screen after some minutes

Hello:

I purchases a mini s some months ago, but now after some tieme of power on goes black screen, even within the bios page. I reset the bios settings to factory default, use anoter m2 sdd without success.

I wrote an email to support 2 weeks ago an dind have any answer.

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
And which email did you send to ?
Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
