Wow, never have I bought a new PC that literally can't run two minutes without a forced reboot!

That's right, from login to 120 seconds later, BAM like clockwork the system crashes.

Except if I take out one of the SODIMMs, then the system runs just fine!  Doesn't matter which one I remove, just so long as both aren't populated.

Support -- WHAT?  You sold me a 32GB machine that doesn't work with 32GB installed!  Runs fine with 16GB installed.  WHAT????

Bios is GTRP01_P5C6V14 , 6/13/2023 .

I have two GTR7 Pros. Initially, only one of them was rebooting. I swapped the RAM modules, AC adapter, SSD from the good one to the bad one. Made no difference. Only running it with 1 RAM module made it reboot less often but it still reboots. Then, the good unit started rebooting by itself too. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

I assume these issue is isolated to certain GTR7 units.... mine runs just fine with 32GB memory it came with, but I do have a plain GTR7 (not PRO). Not a single crash in a week since I got it under both Windows and Linux.
I bet Beelink with be happy to exchange your defective GTR7 for a new unit, so they can get their hands on it to figure out what's going on?

My GTR7 randomly reboots when using Windows or Ubuntu Linux (23.04 with kernel 6.4 installed). I hav ...

I have also run memtest with no problems several times but removing one RAM module makes the reboots to go away.

I have a regular GTR7 (7840HS SoC), and I don't have this issue. I'm curious if the problem is  isolated to PRO units only (7940HS SoC)?
Anyways, if you might consider getting a regular GTR7 instead.... Just a thought.

Well, to add more fuel...  I ran the machine running the CPU-Z stress test with 4 threads (so 30% CPU load) overnight, still running A-OK with 16GB ram.

So then I powered down, reseated the original 16GB and added the second 16GB back in.  Rebooted, launched CPU-Z, and couldn't even get the test started before the PC crashed!

There is something DRAMATICALLY wrong with these.

Hmm, I hope they will reconsider... I don't think that they value their reputation less than the shipping charges for replacing the unit. Must be some disconnect somewhere within the company.
As an alternative assuming you can return your unit for a full refund, you can go that route. Mine is totally stable and I'm very happy with it, so it's possible that the next one you get will be stable too.

Have you any chance of just trying other RAM modules, maybe from another unit?
