Beelink SER5 Mini PC - Asking for Windows 11 Product Key after reset

Hi,

I recently purchased Beelink SER5 Mini PC through Amazon. I had to reset the PC due to some issue with account setup and after that its asking for Windows 11 product key. There is nothing came through package or over the email. I also called Amazon tech support and they asked me to reach out to Beelink support through email. I already sent a email, but wanted to check here, if anyone knows where to get the Windows product key?
