Hello,

when I connect two monitors (2 x HP E24i G4 - Windows extended display - DP + HDMI),
windows freezes or reboots all the time. Both monitors come with the right resolution and
refresh rate operated.

If only one monitor is connected (DP or HDMI), there are no problems.

Thanks

I continued testing.

* Connected 1 monitor (DP) + 1 TV (HDMI) = Windows reboots

Completely agree.

I continued testing.

* Connected 1 monitor (DP) + 1 TV (HDMI) = Windows reboots
* Connected 2 monitors (DP) over Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station = Windows reboots
* Windows reinstalled + 2 monitors = Windows reboots
* Windows operated with one monitor for a long time = Windows reboots

Apparently I have the same restart problem as others here in the forum and connecting two monitors only accelerates it.

@ Beelink
In this state the PC is absolutely unusable, find a solution soon or I want my money back.

I've been having the same issue with re-boots and also use two monitors.  I never tried only using one to test.  I'm using the HDMI and one of the USB-C ports.  I could try using DP and HDMI.. don't really know if there's a fix for this.

I have tested my USB4 to DP cable and I get no video output from USB4. They seem to be just USB2 ports. The cable is fine and works with other PCs. I've even tested it with nothing else attached.

Hello there,

May I have a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Hello,

I have now tested my PC only 16GB Ram.
The freezes/reboots are gone (even with dual monitors).
It doesn't matter to me which RAM module or slot I use.

I got a few tips from support:

1.Go to the Power options to turn off both sleep and hibernation mode.
2.Pls wait for AMD released a new graphics driver on July 15.

Hello,

The same RAM problem a lot of us have. I hope there is a fix because I will return it if 32GB RAM keeps crashing the PC

Hello,

I have now tested my PC only 16GB Ram.

From what I've read here in the forum the problem of having the two RAM modules connected differs in severity, for some it does not even exists, which makes me think  the problem is with the XMP overclocking profile, I hope the release a BIOS versión that fixes or at least let you change the XMP profile

PAY ATTENTION TO THE POWER ADAPTER

Beelink is not warning that the power adapter is 100-140V or 200-240V, we bought it thinking it is bivolt because nobody is informing the voltage.

Anyone using the 200-240V power adapter on 110V will not have enough power to use the GTR7 and it will cause a protection shutdown. Whoever use 100-140V power adapter on 220V will probably break the power adapter.

You are probably thinking that the problem is the GTR7 but it is actually caused by this magnetic plug power adapter that Beelink invented.
