I can also confirm that disabling c6 sleep in Linux on my GTR7 fixes the rebooting problem.

Thank you for confirming now we need this added to the bios for Windows.

I wonder if it might be worth switching to Steam OS and changing this until Beelink adds this to the bios unless...

The AMD driver release fixes this, perhaps.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE POWER ADAPTER

Beelink is not warning that the power adapter is 100-140V or 200-240V, we bought it thinking it is bivolt because nobody is informing the voltage.

Anyone using the 200-240V power adapter on 110V will not have enough power to use the GTR7 and it will cause a protection shutdown. Whoever use 100-140V power adapter on 220V will probably break the power adapter.

You are probably thinking that the problem is the GTR7 but it is actually caused by this magnetic plug power adapter that Beelink invented.

I've had two GTR5 and a GTR6, and they all crash.  I had one of the first GTR5 off the production line, had that replaced, then had the second replaced with a GTR6 and all crash (often no reboot), they hang and need the power cord removed to recover.  My SER4 is had display anomalies. Four for Four.  I will be replacing all my Beelinks.

Hi I think I am also running to this issue of random reboots. Seems like disabling c6 in BIOS or kernel solves this? If that is so I'm not sure what to do, as the BIOs for GTR7 does not have any cstate option and I am running Proxmox 8. If anyone is in my situation can help or if Beelink has new BIOS drivers that enable modification of the cstate that would be awesome.

Anyone having random reboots just remove one of the DRAM modules, it does not matter which one or which slot is left empty as the problem is NOT the DRAM module or the unit, If the reboots are gone just wait patiently for the promised BIOS update that fixes the problem.

Hello there,

For the random reboot issue, we are still waiting for the new AMD driver .
AMD say they will release the AMD driver at the end of July.
Please stay tuned.

The possible solution right now is to take out one of the RAM .

Hi All,

Not sure which thing helped but I am currently running 64GB Crucial 5200MHz CT32G52C42S5. From what I read sofar, no matter the ram, people still have that issue.

The other thing I changed was I completely disabled Sleep in BIOS, I haven't had the issue since.

Kind regards
