After taking one RAM module out, it seems to be able to run much longer without rebooting by itself. But it still reboots by itself randomly for no reason. I have swapped out all the memory, AC adapter, SSD, display port cable and it didn't fix the problem. I think the problem is within the motherboard, CPU, or chassis itself.

Don't get your hopes up, I have v14 and it can't go *two minutes* without a forced reboot.

...unl ...

Ok I was waiting for someone in the forum having the same rebooting problem and who has found the same solution: halving the memory, taking out one ram module.

This confirms this is not a one case problem.

I tried both. It doesn't matter which slot as long as there's only one RAM module in.

hi, every day i go sleep, the pc restarts (no restarts, just crashs, chrome says restore tabs, so its just crash, not standart shut down) at night, i disabled hibernate, sleep at windows mb I should change some specific settings at bios. they works?
when i just work, or play for 7-8h, no crashes.
bios GTRP01P5C6V14

good news, 2 dota games, no crashes ^_^

here's windows logs about shutdown ids:
EVENT 41 IS - The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Well, I think I'm throwing in the towel on this one.  I basically have a $700 brick sitting on my desk.  I know beelink is having their R&D look into the issue, but it's been long enough and I will be returning.  I hope Beelink will be good enough to pay for the shipping.

Looking like that for me, too. Full reinstallation of Windows, disabling standard settings like sleep, fighting with unverified drivers, new neutered BIOS. The only thing that keeps it from hard reboots has been going down to one SODIMM.

I too have sudden reboots, but not often.

One possible solution seems disable c6 state

https://github.com/joakimkistowski/amd-disable-c6

Seems works but I don’t tested in enough
