Hello - I purchased a U59 less than a year ago and my hard drive stopped working. When I attempted to read it with a stand alone reader it showed a fatal hardware error and no files could be accessed. I need my hard drive replaced and I need a copy of the original Windows11 operating system image with its key.
Is this your 24Hr customer support mentionned repeatedly in the item description on Amazon? Do you have a US telephone number?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please send us a picture of it.
