is briked, No picture on TV

I tried with antoher tv and hdmi cable but it's the same thing,

I would like to know if you can send me link with correct tool and firmware to try to unbrick it,

Try without using 'Erase bootloader'. The error message indicates that you may be using the wrong firmware, I think the latest firmware package for your box was Build: 709D0. Have you ever downloaded any of the full firmware packages for this box, and have kept them? I'd suggest testing those.

You may need to perform a factory reset on your TV box. Please note that this will erase all data and settings on the device. Look for a small pin-sized reset button on your TV box, usually located at the back or bottom. Press and hold this button for about 10 seconds using a pin or a small tool. The TV box will reboot and hopefully resolve any software issues.
