Just FYI, the first time I tried to activate with the key you just supplied it gave an error message." The version of windows 10 you upgraded from was not activated so you can't upgrade. Go and buy windows" type message.

I then tried again and it worked.

I was using a recovery flash drive image supplied by your company..
