BT4 won't boot, only blinking blue light

BT4 won't boot, only blinking blue light. Tried Holding power button and holding down pin CMOS button. Nothing appears on screen, no fan sound. Please help!

There might be something wrong with your hardware.
You can also try another power supply.
If your PC is still under one-year warranty, you can send it back for a replacement.

The PC is over two years old, so out of warranty probably.

I hear nothing from the PC just a blinking blue light. Guess I am out of luck?
