Hi Everyone,

Can someone help me with this issue I have with the audio on my Beelink 12th Gen Mini PC SEi12, i5-1235U 10-Core 12-Thread.

I have a lack on bass coming from the audio jack 3.5mm.  I have updated some drivers regarding the audio ones, but this has not resolved my issue.

Look forward to your response.

Regards,  Paul.

Hello Paul,

1. Audio settings: Check your audio settings to ensure that the bass is not turned down or muted. You can also try adjusting the equalizer settings to see if this improves the bass.

2. Audio jack: The problem may be with the audio jack itself. Try using a different pair of headphones or speakers to see if the issue persists.

Hi,

Many thanks for your email reply.

I have tried all what you have suggested, however this did not sort out my issue of lack of bass.  Ant other suggestions you may have.

I have downloaded the Dolby Atmos and this did improve the bass, but the app wants me to subscribe to continue to use.  So not sure if I should purchase this app, what do you think?

Look forward to your response.   Paul.

Hi,

Many thanks for your email reply.

Hi Paul,

Yes, you need to  have a BASS-compatible media player or application installed on it.
I think Dolby Atmos is a good option.
