SEI11 Ubuntu Wifi

I've purchased SEI11 i5-11320H and installed Ubuntu 22.04 on it but I cannot get bluetooth and wifi to work.  (They both work in Windows but not in Ubuntu)
The interfaces don't show up and the 'dmesg' shows the drivers fail to load.

I have the same problem with MX Linux.  I have the SEI11 i5-11320H and neither bluetooth nor wifi work.  As far as I can tell, the OS is not even seeing the hardware.   Some BeeLink support would be nice.
